Mod information and support

If you're looking for information or support for mods hosted on the SU network, you can click the Info button at a Mod from within the Six Updater, or you can look up the info at the SU Portal: stats.six-updater.net/mods

These include links to Homepages, Readmes, Changelogs and BIKeys (for servers).

Bug reporting and feedback

Before posting an issue, please:

Review the Documentation
Review the Roadmap for known issues / planned features
Make sure you have installed the actual, latest software version
Make sure your firewall configuration is okay (Might have to be reconfigured after installing new Updater software!)

Posting an Issue

If none applies, please register at dev-heaven.net (requires email verification), then search for existing tickets, or create a new ticket.

Please include:

Details about the issue
Logfiles
If you have problems with the game, also include arma2 rpt files
Screenshots can also be helpful

After posting an issue

Please keep track of the ticket and responses. There could be requests for more details or repro steps or workarounds / fixes could be offered which you could try out.

The issue tracker supports sending e-mails on ticket update.
